Propel Imports, L.L.C. 2007 Model MOTORCYCLE/SCOOTER WARRANTY

Warranty Valid as of 3-1-2007. This version supersedes any previously issued document or warranty statement.

Propel Imports, Inc. warrants to the first retail purchaser of the VR Sport motorcycle or scooter from an Authorized VR Sport Dealer and each subsequent owner that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated below.

TO QUALIFY FOR THIS WARRANTY: The motorcycle or scooter must be purchased from a dealer within the United States who is authorized by Propel Imports to sell the product line. Prior to delivery to the purchaser, the Dealer, who is authorized by Propel Imports to sell the product line, must perform set-up and pre-delivery service.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: The only warranty that shall be applicable to vehicles shall be this written warranty expressly set forth here, except for the expressed liability under such written warranty, Propel Imports, Inc. assumes no obligation or liability, and it authorizes no other person or party to assume for it, any other obligation or liability in connection with parts and accessories.

WARRANTY ON VEHICLES:
Propel Imports, Inc. warrants its vehicles at conditions as: Engine capacity under 60cc (incl. 60cc): six (6) months after date of purchase, or 3,700 miles (5,955 kilometers) to the end customer, whichever comes first for all parts except for tires, batteries, brakes, and body parts. Warranty does not cover damage due to abuse. Labor costs and shipping expense are not covered. It will repair or furnish a replacement part or accessory for any defective or malfunctioning part or accessory purchased by the Buyer.

This warranty covers only replacement parts made necessary due to defects in material or workmanship, under the applicable warranty only for the warranty period, but fulfilling the following standards. It does not cover conditions resulting from negligence or any alteration which do not have written approvals signed by the Seller, loss of time, inconvenience, and loss of use of the vehicles or any other consequential damage.

Replacement parts qualifying under this warranty will be performed by authorized dealers (nominated by the Buyer) within a reasonable time following delivery of the defective or malfunctioning part or accessory to the dealers’ place of business. When the vehicle(s) is serviced under this warranty, the dealers must be furnished with the purchaser’s copy of the original sales slip for such vehicle(s), part or accessory, or purchaser’s copy of the invoice to validate the date of purchase, as applicable. Photographic documentation and/or return of defective part may be required at the option of Propel Imports. With NO exceptions, all requests for warranty replacement parts MUST be accompanied by the vehicle’s complete 17 digit VIN number and the current mileage of the unit.

NOTE: This warranty does not include labor, wearable parts or damaged parts from accidents, abuse, or shipping. Warranty does not cover tires, batteries, brakes, and body parts. If you have a part that needs replacing, please contact Propel Imports and we’ll send the part within 3 days, or let you know the lead time for the part. In some cases, the parts may have to be shipped from China and may take 4 weeks or longer for delivery. Labor costs and shipping expenses are not covered.

Any damages that occur due to misuse or improper care of the vehicle including but not limited to: exceeding the weight limit, shipping damages, accidents, or gross misuse of normal intended operations are not covered under the warranty.

The normal wear, expendable parts and grease are not warranted: This refers to some plastic parts, glass parts, rubber parts, paper parts, standard cable parts, normal expendable and accessory items, such as outer plastic parts, batteries, tires, stickers, cowling, spark plug, fuses, brake shoe, bulbs, belts, filters, piston ring, bearing, clutch pad, shield, helmet box, wind shield, axle parts, bumper, floor mat, luggage carrier/basket, or seal gasket.

The following conditions are not covered by this warranty: Repair or replacement required as a result of: (a) out of warranty period, (b) accident, (c) misuse or neglect, (d) lack of reasonable and proper maintenance, (e) use of replacement parts improperly installed or of unauthorized accessories or not conforming to VR Sport USA Motor’s specifications, (f) modifications not recommended or approved in writing by Propel Imports, (g) normal wear and deterioration occasioned by the use of the products and spare parts, (h) Model number, VIN number, or Engine number are not in conformity with Propel Imports’ factory records, (i) abnormal usage like racing or any kinds of speed compete game etc., (j) special discount bikes (noted) on purchasing invoice), (k) package broken, parts missing, rusty, broken, and damage due to dealers’ improper storage, transport as well as misgovern, (l) damages caused by non-authorized maintenance points, and/or (m) force majeure, such as hurricane, typhoon, earthquake etc. Labor costs are not covered. Shipping expenses to or from buyer are not included.

NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR AGREEMENTS: THERE ARE NO AGREEMENTS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. Propel Imports SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF DAMAGES, OTHER THAN THE SUMS SPECIFIED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY, FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM INJURTY, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, RENTAL VEHICLES, PROFITS, OR INCOME TO THE CUSTOMER AS A RESULT OF A FAILURE OF ANY COMPONENT OR PART.





Road Runner, or Road Runner Supported Vehicles:
 

AA Scooters/ EVO Sales, Inc. warrants to the first retail purchaser of the motorcycle or scooter from an Authorized Dealer that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated below.

TO QUALIFY FOR THIS WARRANTY: The motorcycle or scooter must be purchased from a dealer within the United States who is authorized by Road Runner to sell the product line. Prior to delivery to the purchaser, the Dealer, who is authorized by Road Runner to sell the product line, must perform set-up and pre-delivery service.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: The only warranty that shall be applicable to vehicles shall be this written warranty expressly set forth here, except for the expressed liability under such written warranty, Road Runner, Inc. assumes no obligation or liability, and it authorizes no other person or party to assume for it, any other obligation or liability in connection with parts and accessories.

WARRANTY ON VEHICLES:
Road Runner warrants its vehicles at conditions as: Engine capacity under 250cc (incl. 250cc): twenty four (24) months after date of purchase, or 2,000 miles to the end customer, whichever comes first for all power-train parts only. Warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, batteries, body panels, brakes, or other parts not related to power train. Labor costs and shipping expense are not covered. It will repair or furnish a replacement part or accessory for any defective or malfunctioning part or accessory purchased by the Buyer.

This warranty covers only replacement parts made necessary due to defects in material or workmanship, under the applicable warranty only for the warranty period, but fulfilling the following standards. It does not cover conditions resulting from negligence or any alteration which do not have written approvals signed by the Seller, loss of time, inconvenience, and loss of use of the vehicles or any other consequential damage.

NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR AGREEMENTS: THERE ARE NO AGREEMENTS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. Road Runner SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF DAMAGES, OTHER THAN THE SUMS SPECIFIED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY, FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM INJURY, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, RENTAL VEHICLES, PROFITS, OR INCOME TO THE CUSTOMER AS A RESULT OF A FAILURE OF ANY COMPONENT OR PART.
